David Draiman de la Disturbed nu este de acord cu proiectia hologramei lui Dio

David Draiman, solistul formatiei Disturbed are un dinte impotriva celor ce au avut ideea sa proiecteze holograma lui Ronnie James Dio pe scena festivalului Wacken Open Air 2016. Draiman este de parere ca un asemenea gest denota lipsa de respect fata de legendarul artist.
“It makes me sad. I’m always happy to hear any music from anybody that’s left us, that we’ve lost. But I don’t know… The hologram thing, to me, it almost isn’t letting the dead be dead. And… I don’t know… It just seems weird. It seems no different than… Is there a difference between a hologram and a guy dressing up like Ronnie James and doing it? You know what I mean?”, a marturisit David Draiman pentru postul de radio Vorterix din Argentina
Festivalul Wacken Open Air a reusit anul acesta sa stranga in fata scenelor peste 75.000 de mii de fani ai metalului. Pe langa un line-up cu trupe grandioase, pe scena festivalului a cantat si Ronnie James Dio sub forma de holograma.
Momentul a fost savurat pe deplin de catre cei prezenti la eveniment, fiind o surpriza neasteptata care a impresionat atat publicul festivalului, cat si pe cei care au urmarit filmarile online. Holograma a fost executata de catre compania Eyellusion.
