Cea de-a treia ediţie a festivalului Rock the City are loc īntre 1 şi 3 iulie la Romexpo.

A treia editie a festivalului Rock the City, organizat de D&D East Entertainment, va aduce la Bucuresti pe 1, 2 si 3 iulie multe suprize. Whitesnake, Judas Priest, Prodigy, Mike and The Mechanics sunt doar cativa dintre cei care vor face show exploziv in inima Bucurestiului.

JUDAS PRIEST
Trupa britanică revine īn Romānia cu un spectacol din cadrul turneului mondial, "Epitaph World Tour". Judas Priest a fost īnfiinţată īn anul 1969, īn oraşul Birmingham, şi a lansat 16 albume de studio. Considerată una dintre cele mai bune trupe din istoria genului heavy metal, Judas Priest a vāndut pentru 40 de milioane de discuri pe plan mondial.


WHITESNAKE
Pentru a treia oară īn Romānia, trupa de hard-rock Whitesnake a fost fondată īn 1977 de către fostul membru Deep Purple, David Coverdale. Spectacolul de la Bucureşti face parte din turneul de promovare a noului album, "Forevermore", care a fost lansat īn Europa pe 25 martie.


PRODIGY
Trupa Prodigy vine īn Romānia pentru a patra oară. "Breathe", "Voodoo People", "Firestarter" şi "Smack My Bitch Up" vor răsuna īn Piaţa Constituţiei la festivalul Rock the City. The Prodigy, una dintre cele mai apreciate trupe ale genului electronic dance, a vāndut pānă īn prezent 16 milioane de albume īn toată lumea. Anul acesta trupa se află īntr-un turneu de promovare a noului album "Invaders Must Die".


MIKE & THE MECHANICS
Trupa britanică pop a fost īnfiinţată de Mike Rutherford, membru fondator al grupului Genesis.Trupa este cunoscută pentru single-uri ca "Silent Running (On Dangerous Ground)", "All I Need Is a Miracle", "Word of Mouth", "Over My Shoulder" şi "The Living Years".


Therapy?, Papa Roach, Sabaton, Hatebreed si Boom se adauga listei de nume confirmate pentru festivalul Rock The City programat pentru perioada 1-3 iulie la complexul Romexpo din Bucuresti.



Pana in acest moment sunt confirmati:

Vineri, 1 iulie 2011: The Prodigy, Therapy?
Sambata, 2 iulie 2011: Mike and The Mechanics, Papa Roach, Sabaton
Duminica, 3 iulie 2011: Judas Priest, Whitesnake, Hatebreed, Boom

Preturile sunt urmatoarele (pentru o zi):

Pana pe 15 aprilie 2011:

- Normal Circle: 107 lei
- Gold Cricle: 160 lei

Dupa 15 aprilie 2011:

- Normal Circle: 133 lei
- Gold Cricle: 197 lei

Pretul unui abonament este de 245 lei inainte de 15 aprilie 2011 si 298 lei dupa aceasta data. Bilete disponibile pe Eventim.

Cotrobaiam deunazi prin sertare disperat dupa chiloti&sosete curate si ce gasesc...biletu la Judas de acu 3 ani!Pe el zice 75 lei.Parfum! Fac un cross-check si ete descopar ca biletul e acu 2 milioane...Stiu,o sa ziceti ca bai e si Whitesnake,trupa importanta etc...Dar sa nu uitam ca si acu 3 ani a fost Primal Fear si inca vreo 4-5 ani care nu conteaza dar  care is vitale pt ca-ti ofera timp sa te faci prastie si sa te pisi.Plus ca a inceput din ce in ce mai tare sa ma scoata din sarite gaselnita "golden circle". Frate,cine are interes sa fie in primul rand se pregateste fizic,nu bea nimic si fuge la gard din prima si se roaga sa reziste...E simplu,fara artifici de astea.De aceea respect pt bestfestu ala...intrare generala 75 lei,bere Tuborg NEINDOITA 5 lei...In concluzie,sa parafrazez aproximativ un cetatean de deasupra mea,super! nu ma duc...Vedem Judas la Hellfest a15

Corect, credeam ca numai mie mi s-a parut ca preturile la concerte au urcat ingrijorator si nepermis de mult. Dar cand se cer 80 lei pe Lake of Tears, 200 pe Judas + Whitesnake nu mi se mai pare atat de mult...

best festu n'a avut si el cumva zonele impartite? ca parca tsiu minte ca da .... nu mai retin esact la care concert, dar mai ca imi vine sa spun whitesnake + def leppard.

La ala din 2008 a fost cu intrare generala.O sapt mai incolo a fost Metallica cu o mie de categ si sub categ iar in aug la Maiden au fost 2 categ:gazon a si gazon b.
In 2009 a fost combinat. Intrare generala la Motorhead si in ziua cu manowar  gazon a si gazon b
Anul trecut nu stiu daca s-a tinut...parca nu din cate tin minte

Daca esti din Bucuresti poti da o fuga pe la pranz sa inspectezi. Pentru ca sigur nu vei primi vreun raspuns de la organizatori.

intrebare 2: macar daca fac un festival, nu pot face unu full metal?

WS: nu mai e ca pe vremuri, ca pe cd, ca pe video, tare cumatrul, ca trupa, pe el il mai tine cam 1/3 voce, bun show.
JP: mai batranul halford inca are voce, apare in multe piese (mai ales alea de inceput) ca un godfather, ca un patriarh al heavy metal, cu o instrumentatie fidela si poate sa plece de la rocka rolla sa ajunga la nostradamus cu dezinvoltura si sa fie bine, inclusiv intr-un interminabil bis.
Super prestatii!!!

subscriu in mare parte desi mi-ar fi placut un playlist cu mai multe de pe painkiller.
m-au distrat si hardcorisitii aia.
cam slaba organizarea totusi, bude putine, fise nereturnabile, cei cu bilet de-o zi nu mai puteau sa iasa etc.
a, misto tendinta pe care o au vocalii cand li se termina benzina, o dau pe groh  :)
