Glassjaw was formed in 1994 by Justin Beck and Daryl Palumbo. What started as casual thing against boredom developed into a serious band when Ross Robinson (worked with Limp Bizkit, KoRn, Slipknot and later At The Drive-In) contacted the band to produce their debut record "Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence". The record was released through Roadrunner, and the band toured with bands like Deftones, and Soulfly afterwards.
After a label change from Roadrunner to Warner Bros. the follow up (again with Robinson) "Worship & Tribute" was recorded, a far more mature record showcasing added jazz and ambient influences.
