METALLICA is scheduled to enter the studio in May to begin recording a yet-to-be-revealed new project, which guitarist Kirk Hammett described to RollingStone.com as "more a recording project than a bona fide METALLICA album."

The band has also scheduled several more "Big Four" tour dates, including one in Indio, California on April 23.

io cand am zis "tot felul" ma gandeam la cativa nu la toti. Dar daca voi vreti sa va rotunjiti nr de posturi... Bineinteles ca nu ma refeream la Motorhead sau Sodom. Iar pe Devildriver sau Fintroll nu-i chemam sa cante nici la tribut Compact C.

Tributurile astea apar cu un scop clar: sa aveti materie prima de bagat la topicul "cover-uri".
In rest, pace...

Apropo de tributuri, dupa mii de ani, inca mi se pare cel mai izbutit acel metalic tribute to ABBA. Sa fii metalist si sa canti piesele unei trupe de metal, e ceva banal. Sa faci tribut metalic unei trupe non-metal, e jmekerie stimabililor.

o trupa care am apreciat-o mult licean fiind; s-au dus la vale incepand cu albuml self-titled; fara indoiala sunt cateva cantece bune pe el, dar sunt si cateva slabe. Load-ul iar unalbum inegal, mi-a placut, nu zic nu, dar in '96 am fost surprins intr-un mod rau; clipurile constant promovate erau jenante; ReLoadul si mai rau. De Sfanta Furie ce sa mai zic ca-l gasesc jenant, doar un cantec bun dupa parerea mea - Unnamed feeling. Cu marele comeback din 2008 am o relatie de "love-hate", tobele ma irita,  aia de au inregistrat, produs albumul ce pazeau? Lars si-a pierdut indemanarea, e superficial si muzica are de suferit. Hetfield nu poste sa faca titu' desi el incearca. De colaborarea cu Lou Reed ce sa mai zic... Penibil.

Nu mai astept nika de la Metallica; cica lucreaza de zor la noul album; de l-ar implica pe Trujillo in procesul de creatie ar fi ceva, ca e competent, desi ma indoiesc (nici Newsted n-a avut mare lucru de zis creativ vorbind, de aia a si plecat).
