Atitudinea e corecta si respectabila - de altfel, am prezis-o de ceva vreme, pentru ca e, simplu, singurul tip de atitudine posibil al unui spirit creator. Dar oricat de deschis as fi la experimente, la "pushing boundaries", la a fi partinitor cu Morbid Angel si mai ales la libertatea artistului, al carui cuvant nu o sa mi se para niciodata comparabil cu cel al omenetului non-creator, indiferent cat de platitor de bilete si cumparator de albume e el, ei bine, tot nu pot spune ca piesele sunt bune. Nu pentru ca sunt altfel stilistic, ci pentru ca sunt altfel calitativ.

 vaz ceva ipocrizie aci , piesele sunt chiar bune adevarata problema ptr unii care sincer nu stiu cat de fani Morbid sunt ei e ca albumul e altceva decat se asteptau da parca o trupa e condamnata la a se repeta pana i se face rau. In primul rand ma bucura ca a venit Dave si ca e sincer si Tucker era ok dar Dave e altceva.

Adevarata problema, pe care eu, ne-fan Morbid Angel, o observ, in legatura cu, hai sa le zic politicos "randurile de mai sus", este ca oricum albumele vechi nu "se repetau pana i se face rau", ba dimpotriva. Dar ma rog, nefiind fan, cum am precizat, posibil sa nu fiu atat de perspicace precum nosferadu si sa traiesc intr-o ceata morbidangeloasa deasa.

Altfel, mai observ aspectul folosirii abuzive si fara sens a termenului "hipster", in context neadecvat si pentru persoane neindicate, dar ma rog, daca va lumineaza viata, cine sunt eu sa ma opun? ;D

 da ma mereu au venit cu cate ceva nou numai ca acum unii au ramas corentati, hipster e ultima pasiune p'aci , puteam sa fiu io anti-trend? Nu.  Hipsterii fac viata grea la adevatii metalisti romani, nu manelarii , nu pensionarii din scara blocului, de vina e Bob Dylan ala.

The New Morbid Angel Album Sucks


Anyone hear the abysmal piece of shit Morbid Angel album (words I never, in my wildest dreams, thought would come out of my mouth) Illud Divinum Insanus yet? If so, I’m sorry. It’s making waves, not in a good way, but for good reason. It's really bad. To use the word ‘disappointment’ to describe it would not only be a vast and unfortunate understatement, it would be offensive to truly dissappointing albums everywhere. This record’s stink will eclipse all of this year’s dishonorables, unmentionables, disappointments, and shit-stains combined.
I cannot even begin to describe my feelings for it so I’ll pass the mic to Hitler and let him do it for me:

Many kudos and props to youtube user virgildonati2007 for making by and large the best and most poignant Downfall parody to date. It’s a shame it took a shockingly terrible Morbid Angel album to get it done though. RIP Morbid Angel, indeed. Thoughts, anyone?
