Locuinta basistului de la Kiss a fost perchezitionata de departamentul de Infractiuni Online Impotriva Copiilor din Los Angeles. Majoritatea cazurilor de care se ocupa acest departament au legatura cu pornografia infantila.
Conform CNN si raportului intocmit de autoritati, Gen Simmons si familia sa nu sunt suspecti pentru ca infractiunea s-ar fi petrecut anul trecut cand Simmons se afla in turneu cu formatia KISS.
Iata un extras din raportul autoritatilor: "The crime may have occurred on their property last year while Mr. Simmons was away on tour with KISS... no members of the Simmons family are suspects in the case and were extremely cooperative."
Iata ce au declarata reprezentantii basistului: "Members of the Los Angeles Police Department visited Mr. And Mrs. Simmons at their home to discuss a crime that may have occurred on their property last year while Mr. Simmons was away on tour with KISS. Neither Mr. Simmons nor any member of his family is a person of interest in the investigation and they are cooperating fully with the investigation. At this time, the police have requested that Mr. Simmons and his family not discuss the investigation publicly so as not to compromise it."
