Take A Look Around (ver7) Tab - Limp Bizkit

Song: Take A Look Around
Album: Mission Impossible 2 Soundtrack, & Chocolate....Water, Ya know what I mean!
Tabbed by: Nick Chavez

Alright, I think this tab is right but I'm not sure.
There are alot out there, but they just don't sound right
to me. Well here it is. By the way the tuning is
C#,F#,B,G,b,e. (You tune the 1st 3 strings regularly, but
you tune the bottom 3 strings, 1 1/2 steps down.)

Intro (repeat as needed.)

e-------------------------------------------------------
b-------------------------------------------------------
G-------------------------------------------------------
B----------------------8--10p8--------------------------
F#--10--10--10--10-10-----------10--10--10--10-10--8--9-
C#------------------------------------------------------

High Chorus, I think (again, repeat as needed.)

e--14-11----14-11----14-11----14--11-11-11-11-11-11-11-11-
b--------11-------10-------9---------11-11-11-10-10--9--9-
G---------------------------------------------------------
B---------------------------------------------------------
F#--------------------------------------------------------
C#--------------------------------------------------------
I'm not sure on that though but don't hold a grudge on me now, it was hard to get it to
sound good, Alright!

Then you do a couple of Intros. I can't remember how much though.

Then do this in distortion.(repeat as needed.)
Strumming pattern is; (u=up, d=down)
u,d,u,d,u,d,d,...d,d,...u,d,u,d,u,d,d,...d,d
e-------------------------------------------
b-------------------------------------------
G-------------------------------------------
B--4-4-4-4-4-4-4--7--9--4-4-4-4-4-4-4--2--3-
F#-4-4-4-4-4-4-4--7--9--4-4-4-4-4-4-4--2--3-
C#-2-2-2-2-2-2-2--5--7--2-2-2-2-2-2-2--0--1-

Then do some intros.

Then do a couple of High choruses.

Then do the distortion part a couple of times.

After a while into the distortion part, towards the end the timing changes so it goes
like this. Do this 2x's

e-----------------------
b-----------------------
G-----------------------
B---4--4--7-9--4--4--2-3
F#--4--4--7-9--4--4--2-3
C#--2--2--5-7--2--2--0-1

Then this, a couple of times.
e-----------------------------------------
b-----------------------------------------
G-----------------------------------------
B-----------------------------------------
F#----------------0-2p0-------------------
C#--2--2--2--2-2--------2--2--2--2-2--0-1-

Then, a couple of x's) Then this, a couple of x's in dist.
e--------------------)-----------------------------
b--------------------)-----------------------------
G--------------------)-----------------------------
B---8--10p8----------)---------8--10p8-------------
F#--------------8--9-)--10--10----------10--10-8--9
C#-------------------)-----------------------------

Then you do the heavy distortion part a couple of times.

Then you finish off with some of those high choruses.

Well there you go, I hope it has been helpful. Again, I'm not sure on the high chorus
part but it works for me, It'll
sort of blend in with the rest of the band playing. I've
played gigs with it, and people love it, especially the chicks!

Send those comments in, so I can see what you think. If it sucks, tell me how I could make
it better, especially on the high chorus part. If it rocks, tell me that too. Have fun
rock'n out.
