The Colony este o trupa formata in 2006, iar stilul abordat este un combo rock/metal cu serife melodice. In anul 2011 formatia lanseaza EP-ul de debut ‘Romper Stomper’, iar in 2013 lanseaza primul album full-lenght intitulat ‘Dust and Stone’. In 2015 cel de-al doilea album de studio 'Time Of Wolves' prinde viata si devine un material definitoriu pentru cariera grupului.
Metalhead: What kind of energy you expect from the Romanian public?
As we are the last band on the Saturday night/ Sunday morning we are expecting the crowd amd the Romanian public to give us every last bit of energy they have left! We want to end the Saturday night on a massive High!
Metalhead: How would you describe your sound to metalheads who never heard your band before?
Our sound is a mixture between In Flames, Stone Sour and Avengend Sevenfold. We have the riffage and the heaviness but we also have melodic parts and harmonies.
Metalhead: What are you preparing for your show at Metalhead Meeting (new songs, anything special related to your performance)?
We've been rehearsing for this show and the tour around it and we are beinging 30/45 mins of our heaviest songs. No ballads, no bullshit. We normally end on a cover so we thought we would learn a completely different cover for the last song of the set. And its a Classic!!
Metalhead: What are the main elements that inspire your music?
Main Elements that inspire our music is, Groove, riffage and melodies, we like to be heavy but we like our stuff to be catchy and memorable.
Metalhead: What do you think is your biggest achievement as a band?
Biggest Achievement so far is definitely going on tour in Europe this will be our second time coming over in a year but this time its a bigger tour with a lot more countries involved.

5 bands that Metalhead readers need to know about I would say is Servant Sun, Other Eyes Wise, Burning the Dream, Kentra Bay and Us! The Colony haha
