Beautiful song... And yet no one tabbed it!
I'm not a great 'tabber', but I tried my very best on this :)(-> 45 minutes!)

Please also note: I've put the whole chorus under the C#m chord. Altough it sounds right 
playing along with the music, it gives the wrong effect when playing alone. I guess it 
a bit better on piano than on guitar...
