Not 100% about the "doo doo" parts, but I think the rest sounds almost right. This is
I play it, tabbed it in 10mins so may not be 100% correct. I guess the hardest part is to
like Matt :)

No capo or capo on 1st fret to stay in the tone, I put a copo on the 3rd because of my voice.

There are basicly 4 chords as far as I can tell:

Am7/G : 302010
C/G : 332010
F : 133210
Em/E : 022003 (or maybe Em7 022030, not 100% sure on this one)

Song:

Intro: strum the Am7/G chord twice seperate by a blank.

Verse 1:

   Am7/G F C/G
So happy I was invited, give me a reason to get out of the city

F C/G
See you inside watching swarms on TV

          Em/E
Livin' or dyin' in New York it means nothing to me

          Am7/G F C/G
I gave my heart to the Army, the only sentimental thing I could think of

     F C/G
With cousins and colors and somewhere overseas

          Em/E
But it'll take a better war to kill a college man like me

Am7/G C/G F C/G
I'm too tired to drive anyway, anyway right now, do you care if I stayed?

F C/G
You can put on your bathing suits

         Em/E
And I'll try to find somethin' on this thing that means nothin' enough

Chorus chords:

Am7/G (stop) F C/G
Losin' my breath, doo doo doo doo doo doo doo

Am7/G F C/G (not sure)
Losin' my breath, doo doo doo doo doo doo doo

Post-chorus chords:
F C/G
You and your sister live in a Lemonworld
F C/G
I want to sit in and die
F C/G
You and your sister live in a Lemonworld
            Em/E
Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo
F C/G
You and your sister live in a Lemonworld
F C/G
I want to sit in and die
F C/G
You and your sister live in a Lemonworld
            Em/E
Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo

[Rest of the song is pretty much the same :)]

Verse 2

This pricey stuff makes me dizzy, I guess I've always been a delicate man
Takes me a day to remember a day
I didn't mean to let it get so far out of hand
I was a comfortable kid, but I don't think about it much anymore
Lay me on the table, put flowers in my mouth
And we can say that we invented a summer lovin' torture party
I'm too tired to drive anyway, anyway right now, do you care if I stayed?
You can put on your bathing suits
And I'll try to find something on this thing that means nothin' enough

Post-chorus chords:

You and your sister live in a Lemonworld
I want to sit in and die
You and your sister live in a Lemonworld
Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo
You and your sister live in a Lemonworld
I want to sit in and die
You and your sister live in a Lemonworld
Doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo...
