Legacy Festival
30 Mai 2008
none - Expo Hall - Belgrad, Serbia
This May there will be a great delicacy for all fans of the Metal sound. On the May 30 and 31 Legacy Promotion Agency is organizing the First Serbian Metal Festival by the name Legacy Festival.
Legacy Promotion Agency exists for more than two years and have managed to organize more than 30 successful Metal concerts. Legacy Festival will be the highlight of our work and will promote Metal genre in Serbia. Metal music is something we all are living for and we are looking forward to this festival with so impatiance, because we are also fans of this sound and of numerous bands that we have had announced for this event.
The main idea of this festival is to gether in one place all fans of Metal sound in Serbia and neighbour countries. It is our goal to make this festival a traditional one and to make it better, improving the quality of program and other segments as the years goes by. To make all this happen it is of the most importance to fans support the first festival and with their presence enhance this event. We consider this event as the most significant event for developing our national metal scene. Many things will depend from this festival, especially for the local bands, organizators and fans too.
Numerious eminent foreign websites have given very positive coments on the list of bands which is announced for this festival. Among reserved tickets there are some that are booked by the fans from Norway. We are very much doubtless that the local fans will be satisfied with the list of announced bands, considering we have made a lot of effort to cover as much wider variety of Metal subgendres as we could.
The festival will take place for two days, May 30 and May 31, as it was announced. Taking limited timetable in consideration, thirteen foreign and two local bands has confirmed their participation.
